Our Caregiver Spotlight program focused on Caregivers and families afflicted with Young-Onset Alzheimer's. We provide grants, and other forms of assistance, including advocacy, Resources, Education and Support to our Caregivers and their families, in their time of need.

Caregiver Spotlight
The “Caregiver Spotlight Program” by We Walk This Together is a heartfelt initiative designed to uplift caregivers and families impacted by Alzheimer’s. Through this program, caregivers are celebrated and supported with grants to alleviate financial stress, access to essential resources like respite care and support groups, tailored education to enhance caregiving skills, and advocacy to amplify their voices in policy and community settings.
 
By shining a light on their tireless dedication, the program empowers caregivers, reduces isolation, and strengthens family resilience, ensuring they have the tools and recognition needed to navigate their journey with confidence and care.
Deborah & Marcus Anderson
Marcus and I met in high school and reconnected after his injury. We built a life together, raising two sons. In 2018, he was diagnosed with Young-Onset Alzheimer’s at 54.
Traci & Matt
Matt a 52 year old, disabled Army Veteran, was diagnosed at age 41. He showed signs/symptons since 35. He carries the PSEN1 gene mutation for Young-Onset Alzheimer's. He’s in stage 7 now.
Jennifer & Scott McCullough
Scott was diagnosed with Young-Onset Alzheimer's (YOAD) in March 2024. Scott has a family history of YOAD, with his father, sister, uncle and 2 cousins diagnosed in their 40's and passed away in their 50's.
